General Terms and Conditions of the Online Store
1. General Provisions
The general terms and conditions of the online store are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot). By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are familiar with these general terms and conditions and fully agree with them.
2. Ordering
Orders are accepted via the website mps-trgovina.com, by email at marellainfo.mps@gmail.com, or by phone at 040 834 244. The online ordering process includes selecting items, adding them to the cart, and confirming the order after reviewing all the terms of purchase.
3. Prices
All prices on the website are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time the order is placed and may change without prior notice. Special prices apply to promotional products, where the price and the duration of the promotion are clearly stated.
4. Payment and Delivery
Available payment methods include payment by proforma invoice and credit card payments. Delivery costs are clearly defined at checkout, and for orders over 250 EUR, the delivery costs are covered by the company. Goods are delivered within 8 working days unless otherwise agreed.
5. Right to Withdraw from the Contract
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. Withdrawal from the contract is possible by completing a form available on the company’s website.
The right to withdraw from the contract is in accordance with Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, and the buyer will be informed if this right does not apply (in cases outlined in the fifth paragraph of Article 43).
6. Return of Goods
The customer can return goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment, bearing the return shipping costs. The company will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Product exchanges are possible by agreement.
7. Complaints and Product Defects
The company m.p.s d.o.o. is responsible for material defects on products that occur within two years of receiving the goods. The customer must report the defect within two months of discovering it. The company will respond to the complaint within 8 days.
8. Personal Data Protection
The company m.p.s d.o.o. is committed to carefully protecting customers’ personal data in accordance with applicable regulations. Personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of order fulfillment and to inform customers about new products and offers.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between the buyer and the company will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the District Court in Maribor will have jurisdiction. The company does not recognize any out-of-court dispute resolution provider as competent for resolving consumer disputes.
10. Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution
In accordance with the law, the company m.p.s d.o.o. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve consumer disputes. The company publishes a link to the platform for online consumer dispute resolution (SRPS) on its website.
11. Accuracy of Data
The buyer is obliged to verify the accuracy of the data before placing the order. Later objections regarding the accuracy of issued invoices will not be considered.
